We are happy to offer scholarship support to families interested in sending their child to a Catholic school. There are many reasons to attend one of our schools, and we know this is an important financial decision for many families. 

There are over 30 different types of Big Shoulders Fund scholarships for both elementary and high schools in Chicago.  These scholarships vary in duration and amount depending on the type of scholarship.  It should be noted that scholarships require students to work to the best of their potential as determined by the school.  These scholarships also have a family service component to the local school community.  Families must agree to share their financial data and student test data with Big Shoulders Fund schools.

Contact the principal of your local Big Shoulders Fund school to discuss your eligibility and the application process.  We work directly with school personnel and will not accept applications directly from parents/guardians.  Please understand that submitting an application through the school does not guarantee that a scholarship will be awarded.  Typically, requests exceed the resources available, but all applications are given consideration.
